i am trying to use https for my wordpress, http works fine but when I try to add the httpd server block, nginx will not start, I am guessing its in the wrong spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to review the nginx error logs to find out why the service is failing to start. The first thing that jumps out at me is the double } in your second server block. It does not appear that there is a matching { for the second one.
