Hi guys I’m working on a small application that exposes some web-services, soap && rest. Now i need to implement a security filter on these web services. I read https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/an-introduction-to-oauth-2 do you think guys OAuth2 is the best solution for this security requirement. if not would share you suggestions.

Hello,
Can you be more specific on what you mean by secure? This sounds like a good option if you are trying to implement a login system so users have to authenticate to use the services.
I have used similar processes in many situations. It also allows your users to not have to generate their own username and password, but use that of an established service they likely already have.
If you can go into more specifics of what exactly you are trying to secure, we may be better able to assist with more information.
