Server can't connect to the internet

I'm getting this message from Chrome when I visit my IP Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 107.170.60.157

After doing a quick port scan, it looks like you have the server running but the port the is filtered:
PORT STATE SERVICE
80/tcp filtered http

Thus I suspect that you have a firewall running, you can check the state of your firewall with the iptables command:
iptables -nL

Of if your running Ubuntu and or have ufw installed you can do the following command:
ufw status

You can allow access by changing the firewall with the following ufw command:
ufw allow 80/tcp
