Hello All,
We create a virtual conference platform where doctors and medical students connect with each other, but the registration amount is more than 1000. When all medical students enrol themselves at the same time, the server will not be able to handle the load of this request and show “Site ac can’t be reached”. Please help me to overcome this issue.

What type of web server are you using? If it is Apache it is normal. I recommend using Nginx + PHP-FPM and as for the DB… Optimize it, both the DB itself and the MySQL / MariaDB Server.
