Serverless functions with docker runtime

Is there any current or planned support for serverless functions with a docker runtime? This would provide more flexibility/control of the execution environment and also help us to work around current limitations on deployment package size.

I believe that there are no officially announced plans for this to be on the serverless functions roadmap.
But it looks like someone has had the same idea before and has posted it on our Product Ideas board. The best thing to do would be to head over and add your vote to it, as well as adding any additional information in the comments for exactly what you’d like to see implemented!
