Hi all,
I’m new to this kind of hosting. Previously I’ve used cPanel based administration. So doing this all manually is something of a learning curve, but one which I enjoy :)
So, I’ve currently setup a new Wordpress site (manually, as I wanted to fiddle around with making databases and such, again to learn). But now I’m a little stuck. I setup a domain name linuxthuishulp.nl (http://linuxthuishulp.nl/) but every link on it is linking toward an ip address.
I setup the nameservers (1 to 3) already. And I set the A record (@ pointing to my ip address) and CNAME (* pointing to @).
What am I missing?

Log in to your admin panel, navigate to Settings->General, and edit the Site URL field to match your domain name.
Hi Kamal,

I’m not sure what Settings > General you mean. The only ‘settings’ menu I see in the droplet, but this has no ‘general’ option. The options there are: networking, kernel, recovery and rename. None of which offer any domain options for that matter.

I was looking in the DNS menu, where I presume I missed something. But maybe I’m missing something else entirely?
Aha, you meant inside Wordpress. That was a little derpy indeed.

Solved.
