I’ve transferred a droplet from a personal account to a work account - it seems to have gone smoothly as it disappeared from the first account and showed up* on the other - however, I couldn’t restore from it, and when I try to create a new droplet with it, I see it in the “My Images” section but it’s inaccessible and hovers with a circle with line though icon.
What gives?

Make sure that the snapshot is available in the datacenter you are trying to launch it in. By default that will only be the original datacenter the droplet was hosted in. If you need to make it available in other datacenters goto the “Images” section of the control panel and click on the globe icon. Then select the datacenter you want it to be available in. It looks like:
