Hi guys, I was just wondering if its possible to buy IPs from an RIR use them on a droplet?

I don’t know for sure; but – shooting from the hip – I would think so; by setting them up as alias IPs on your droplets’ network interfaces.
I don’t think you can buy just one IP adress from RIR. At least not from RIPE.
