Setup the WordPress Configuration Problem

I’m following this guide: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-wordpress-on-ubuntu-12-04 and I’m on STEP THREE. But, this error pops up: http://puu.sh/6I2wN.png I have no idea what to do!
