When i try to open filezilla sftp, this error Could not connect to server, server refused our key. I try a new public key and nothing.

Can you confirm if your
ssh-keyis working when using a ssh-client like PuTTy or terminal client? Have you added your public key to your Droplet? You need to add the key to
/root/.ssh/authorized_keysfile and then you should be able to enter using the key.You can check the following tutorial on the matter, it should further help you out:
