Question

SFTP with Filezilla credentials to remote app re-setup + more

DigitalOcean API and CLI (doctl)
  1. nanobox tunnel command is not working since nanobox was reinstalled but all source code still remains in my local repo. Network admin here for all employees gave us all new windows 10 profiles but all data migrated over, though some apps are behaving like new or needing reinstalled.

  2. we need our filezilla sftp login credentials to out our website app www-allbookcovers-com so that we can connect UPON first connecting with nanobox tunnel command line we use as usual for secured connection.
Side Question to this #2: Do we need to rekey anything here or just use credential same as we tried from nanobox data.storage username, pw, and host.. but it still requires a key, where and how do we get this key from again?

  3. We’re a manufacturer for 30+ years and need to update our website content, and this is basic re-setup and should not have any ticket support charges since we pay for Digital Ocean anyway, the customer service has not responded.

Any public forum help appreciated.
We will need the steps and command lines to get this resetup.
We already reinstalled Nanobox, then inside CLI entered “nanobox run” but it also cant complete giving us the 60 retries error without success.

  • Other important notes: : Nanobox tunnel and run or deploy cli commands would work if I change directory on cli to C:/Users/paul but now that we have new profile nanobox was reinstinstalled but the user profile im in now sits here: C:/Users/Paul.Bradford/ and within it is where I change directory to to run all of my nanobox commands to just connect to data.storage for connecting my FileZilla sftp to otherwise it won’t connect. It wont connect but it tries to run “nanobox run” while within C:/Users/Paul.Bradford but gives an error same with tunneling in.

  • and i know all the .docker and machine files and nanobox folders with rsa key fles i already have them but running it again maybe will not help.

SSH keys provide a more secure way of logging into a virtual private server with SSH than using a password alone. With SSH keys, users can log into a server without a password. This tutorial explains how to generate, use, and upload an SSH Key Pair.
