and also traceroutes from linode’s JP Datacenter.
SG should have a lower latency for me, since it’s nearer compare to tokyo.

If you look at the traceroute, you can see that your connection goes from the Philippines to California and then back to Singapore. That’s obviously not ideal. If you open a support ticket, the team will try to diagnose the issue with you.
