Check out this tutorial for info on how to limit the user to a specific amount of disk space:

How To Enable User and Group Quotas

Then if you want to limit the user to only accessing their home directory over SFTP, you can edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config to include:

Match User username
    ChrootDirectory %h
    AllowTCPForwarding no
    X11Forwarding no
    ForceCommand internal-sftp

Quotas are used to limit the amount of disk space a user or group can use on the server. There are generally two different methods of managing quotas: first, an empty file system can be created and mounted for a specific user.

Thanks, i’ll have a look at that :)
