I have my droplet all setup and want to share it with collaborators but I don’t want to share my google federated account with another user. Is there a way to share my account without giving my credentials? If not, can I switch my account from my Gwork account to a email/pass creds?

You can create a new SSH user and provide the SSH login credential to the collaborator so that he has access to your Droplet.
Also, it’s possible to change the sign-in method. You can update it by referring to the documentation link below:
