As pointed out by @chris324769, according to the official DigitalOcean initial server setup tutorial here, if your servers are running on DigitalOcean, you can optionally use DigitalOcean Cloud Firewalls instead of the UFW firewall. We recommend using only one firewall at a time to avoid conflicting rules that may be difficult to debug.
