I see CPU, network, and disk I/O… should memory be listed as well?

Currently, the stats for the droplets are collected from the hypervisor layer. Because of that, we are not able to access fine-grained metrics such as memory usage. We’re working on an updated version of our stats system which will provide an installable agent that gathers metrics to provide additional graphs.
