Shutdown from command line
I see that taking a snapshot requires me to shutdown the droplet and I saw that it is recommended that you shut down droplets from the command line. The command line given:
sudo shutdown -r now
seems to just reboot the server. If I run that command I lose the connection. If I then try to take a snapshot I’m told that it’s still running. If I try to log in again I find I can.
What am I doing wrong?
