Slow response to support ticket


We have a support ticket open:

There has been no response from Digital Ocean in over 3 hours…

This is an important server for us, so we would appreciate a response.


i cant sign up my credit . i put on all right detials in the right places but it said use the support ticket to submit the problem ?? what i have to do??

i have a point to digital ocean loadbalancer ip to distribute to 2server. when i try to use access the web via it is extremely slow and sometimes even timeout. but when i try via my server hostname it is working normally, what possible cause to this? is the load balancer slow in forwarding request?

In terms of support, it’s limited as the service is un-managed, meaning that you’re responsible for the overall management of your server. If it’s related to hardware, network, or the control panel, then it’s supported, though when it comes to setup, configuration, optimization, overall management, security, etc – that falls on the user.

The upside, there’s the community and I as well as others do our best to help others when and where possible, so if you have a specific question, feel free to ask and we’ll try to help.

You’re not paying for a support SLA, theres no guaranteed response time. Implement redundancy instead.
