SMTP not working

Hello, After upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 and Roundcube update I have trouble to send email.

Roundcube throws error SMTP Error (250): Authentication failed.

Dont know what to do? Any idea?

As far as your mail services go, roundcube is just a client. I would recommend checking on your log files in /var/log and seeing if you can find out some more detail on the issue you’re encountering. It’s also worth trying to connect directly to your SMTP service to see if you can authenticate that way. If you can share any additional information from your log files here it would help in recommending the next steps to take.
