What is regular snapshot time? I’ve started making snapshot and it still 3% in 20 min. Is it ok, or I should contact support?

It depends on how much disk space is used. If a snapshot takes too long to complete, please open up a support ticket.
Control panel said execution time was 357 seconds for my last snapshot and I’m using Up 11.2 GB … So it seems like that’s too long for your snapshot you took. I’d open up a support ticket if it takes more than 10 minutes for less than 10GB data.
