I’m transferring the snapshot to another account/owner per this guide: https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/images/snapshots/how-to/change-owners
However, in the receiver’s account the snapshot transfer does not appear for them to accept. It’s been about an hour. Any tips?

I was having this issue, transferring snapshots between Digital Ocean Teams. I solved this problem like this:
From the recipient Digital Ocean Team (I presume this works for recipient accounts also), go to Projects > Resources > Take a Snapshot
Then you should see your pending inbound transfer.
Hey,
We have seen this before, normally its been an error with the account email. Or two accounts under the one account.
Once you confirm the email was correct, I would just send a friendly message to DO support to see what status the transfer is in.
