I will explain a little, I want to be able to use my droplet with badvpn and udpgw but I do not know how to install it on ubuntu, someone who has some idea?

The install process seems straight-forward once the application is downloaded. You need to specify listening address and port which should be --listen-addr 127.0.0.1:7300 by default.
I’ll also recommend using the marketplace image for OpenVPN. I personally find it really handy and it is easy to use.
