When i tried to access ssh it says times out. And cant access.

Are you sure you’re trying to access the correct server? Maybe restarting SSH service with Web Console will do the job fixing it.
Also, make sure SSH port is allowed on your local network (Internet). Some ISPs are known for blocking out traffic on port 22. You can try pining server to see ping overall, or use nmap to probe port 22.
There are so many things that could be causing this, but you’ll need to give us a lot more to work with before we can help you properly! Please start by letting us know what OS you’re running on the droplet, and we’ll go from there. Also, have you had any issues with connecting via SSH to any other servers? Is it only your machine which is causing you problems? Have you got a firewall setup? If so, have you allowed SSH traffic through?
