I have just created two droplets on my account (identical LEMP Ubuntu 14.04); neither seem to have SSHD enabled. I am able to access via console, but not via remote SSH as with my other droplets.
The IPs are: 159.203.160.41 and 159.203.160.23

Check your firewall, or add ssh service using your firewall client. Examples of using ufw
#firewall status
ufw status verbose
#allow ssh service
ufw allow ssh
Note: make sure you have DO console access before using ‘ufw deny ssh’
