SSL Do Handshake Failed Crit Error

Nginx Ubuntu

I have an 'https' website running. Everything works just fine, but looked through the /var/log/nginx/error.log and found out this odd thing - HERE. The ssl and everything works fine but the same subset IPs cause the following errors. Is someone trying to exploit site ? Should I worry about it? Do/Can I have to do something to prevent this happening?

This answer on stackoverflow provides some good details.

It is not in itself an attack attempt but rather another computer checking whether your server supports TLSFALLBACKSCSV which it does.
