What is the reason for this report?

SSL through their built in "Let's Encrypt" feature.

So, I followed everything in their little tutorial here: https://do.co/lble and to no avail. Any suggestions?

I think it is note-worthy I am NOT using Nginx or Apache for my app hosting. Just straight up Node.js

It sounds like you’re trying to get our system to deploy a LetsEncrypt certificate through our Load Balancers. How long has your domain been using our nameservers? You may need to wait a few hours if it hasn’t been very long. NS records tend to cache for quite some time.
