I was in the process of migrating the remainder of my DNS records from my previous hosting provider when I ran into a bit of a snag. One of my domains uses Mailgun but I also have normal mail setup as well. To get around this I have a subdomain setup for Mailgun (‘notifications.example.com’) so the MX record looks like this:
notifications.example.com. 300 IN MX 10 mxa.mailgun.org. notifications.example.com. 300 IN MX 10 mxb.mailgun.org.
Trouble is, I can’t seem to be able to put that in via the DO control panel. Anyone have any suggestions on what I might be able to do to work around that?

Cool thought that might be the case, but wasn’t sure if that might work. Thanks for the help!
"Just add a "domain" called "subdomain.domain.com" and setup your MX record there. =]"
