Successfully implemented iRedMail but can't receive emails

I have implemented iRedMail as per the instructions. I can successfully send emails to other accounts but am unable to receive any emails. I notice that there are many other people asking the same question, but I'm not seeing any hints on any posts as to what to do to fix this. Any help on this would be very much appreciated. I'm author of iRedMail project.

*) iRedMail enables greylisting by default, it causes email delay. Visit for more details.
*) The first thing you should do when you got something unexpected is checking related log files.
*) It's better to post your issues/questions in iRedMail online forum to get support:
You have updated your MX records in DNS of course?
