Support does not respond and I do not receive verification code email

My credit card probably won, my drop was suspended and I can not log in to update my credit card details.

I opened a ticket more than 5 hours ago and received no response.

I get emails normally, but I do not receive any of the digital ocean. I do not receive email with the verification code for login or email to generate a new password.

I do not know what else to do.

They simply do not respond.

I just want to pay!

I know it’s been quite a while since this question was posted in our community, but I’d like to share this information in case someone gets this question in case they run into the same situation.

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond.
