Support does not respond and I do not receive verification code email
My credit card probably won, my drop was suspended and I can not log in to update my credit card details.
I opened a ticket more than 5 hours ago and received no response.
I get emails normally, but I do not receive any of the digital ocean.
I do not receive email with the verification code for login or email to generate a new password.
I do not know what else to do.
They simply do not respond.
I just want to pay!
