Support don't answer via tickets for 5 days LOL. WTF??????????????????????

Are they really stopped to support customers???
What I should do to get an answer???

I do apologize for any delays you’re experiencing. While we are slightly backlogged, I’m not seeing tickets that have not received a reply in 5 days, though I’d be more than happy to check on the status of the ticket for you. Do you have a ticket ID that we can use to pull up the ticket on our end?
