Does Digital Ocean provides infrastructure to bring my own Oracle Database License and install my Oracle Database on Digital Ocean Infrastructure? If ‘yes’, pls. provide more details.

I’m sure you can install Oracle, but would Oracle licensing allow it?

It is probably possible to install it on a CentOS droplet, though Oracle doesn’t officially support CentOS. Also DigitalOcean doesn’t provide managed hosting. You’re given full root access to your droplet, and you’d need to install it yourself.
