Support response time and answered without read the messages

I have been trying to activate my account all day. They asked for the required identification, which I provided, but the admin answered my ticket without first reading my message. It took approximately 3-4 hours for every answer. Here is the screenshot of the conversation:

You misread what they sent, they want you to send another picture of her holding the id card and send that to them.

Yes, we sent both photos. The admin's latest answer was after we sent the second picture of her holding the ID card.
