the Cpanel WHM images includes cpanel license cost?

If I create a droplet using the Cpanel / WHM image, the droplet cost includes the cpanel licensing? how it will be billed if not?
Or do I need to purchase a license directly to cpanel to activate it in my droplet?

The license needs to be acquired directly via cPanel. You can check their official documentation on how to add the license once the 15 days free trial period is over

The cPanel/WHM license is not included in the server costs.
What you could do is to use the 1-Click cPanel/WHM installation image from the Marketplace and then purchase a standard license from the official cPanel website:

cPanel is a third party application managed through our Marketplace. New installations of cPanel come with a 15 day free trial. For further use beyond that point a valid license will need to be purchased directly through cPanel. https://store.cpanel.net/view/cpanel/license-options?type=VPS
