I can ping that IP just fine:

root@droplet:~# ping6 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001
PING 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001(2604:a880:1:20::115:3001) 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001: icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=135 ms
64 bytes from 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001: icmp_seq=2 ttl=55 time=135 ms

It looks like port 80 is closed though. Do you have a web server running?

  • Thank you for your help! My port is 8989, isn’t it the port problem, and my network is campus net, does it impacting?

    • It looks like port 8989 is not accessible from my end too:

      root@droplet:~# nc -vz 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001 8989
      nc: connect to 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001 port 8989 (tcp) failed: Connection refused

      Do you have a firewall running? Please post the output of the following commands:

      sudo iptables-save
      sudo netstat -plutn | grep 8989
