I cannot connect my droplet using IPv6, so I connect it with IPv4, all the packets are lost,The server 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001 cannot be found on the network?

It looks like port 80 is closed though. Do you have a web server running?

It looks like port 8989 is not accessible from my end too:

nc: connect to 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001 port 8989 (tcp) failed: Connection refused
Do you have a firewall running? Please post the output of the following commands:
sudo iptables-save
sudo netstat -plutn | grep 8989
already done ,but I stil can’t ping my IPv6 in my net?But ping my IPv4 is ok? what is the problem?
Does your campus support IPv6? Can you ping other IPv6 addresses? Try 2001:4860:4860::8888.
