I tried to type https://mydropletipaddress:10000 , and it says “the site cannot be reached, mydropletip refused to connect”, even though it worked before until now. How can I fix this?

Hi @jamesjosh912,
For your droplet to connect to port 10000, you’ll need to have something listening to it. Most probably the service you had there is currently not running. If you remember what it is, you can SSH to your droplet and start it :
service NameOFService restart
Once you do, you should be able to see your website now.
If it doesn’t start, I’ll recommend checking out the logs. You can view them by entering the following command
journalctl -xe
