The web console hang, then the droplet is dead. Support team didn't respond. What to do?

When opening up the web console says: ‘Your droplet needs to be running for the console to work’

Support team should respond faster. I dont know what else to do. I might be losing my job.

Initially my droplet has been locked because DO says it has make ddos attack.

Hi there. I have solved a similar problem. Because i wrote “sudo poweroff” when i complete upgrading the kernel, I’ve got ‘Your droplet needs to be running for the console to work’ So when I click “Access” on the left, and then enable Console. Then the problem solved. Hope this helped to someone.

There’s really not much you can do other than contact support and wait for a response, especially in the case involving potential abuse.
