When I try to activate certain WordPress themes or plugins the Connection Information page comes up, but there is no “Proceed” button. The formatting on the page is also different as there is just text on a white background.
On other themes or plugins the same screen comes up but it is formatted normally and there is a Proceed button. In this case, everything works fine after I enter the sftp information.
We are using Ubuntu 14.04.5 and WordPress 4.9.5. Any help is appreciated.
