This site can’t be reached

I am trying to install nginx to work on Ubunt server. I check status of nginx is “active”. I configure from https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-nginx-on-ubuntu-16-04 . I checked with this command sudo nginx -t
Result: nginx: the configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf syntax is ok nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test is successful
