Time to ticket response

Digital Ocean blocked my access networking. I open a ticket after followed the instructions (rescue mode), but they'n enable to copy files to another droplet.
You know tell me if this delay in return is normal? I am thinking of changing hosting service because my services are stopped and I get no return
