I just paid for Laravel Forge and get things get super easy, but I don’t want to continue paying for Forge because of one project. Thats why I want to track everything that Forge does to the server of Digital Oceans. Is that possible? You guys know how I might do it?

Laravel Forge is meant to be used as a tool to bootstrap your server, not constantly maintain it as a control panel (like cPanel) would do. I don’t think Forge logs the commands that it runs, but you could configure a droplet using Forge, take a snapshot, and then create new droplets off that snapshot.
