i have bought a software which was working on Google Cloud, this software is a traffic SEO software, since i have moved to Digital Ocean it’s not working, so is there any rules relating to traffic must add it to cloud firewall.

You can try allowing all traffic in your firewall. If you’re not using our firewall as a service (in the cloud panel) then this would already be the default on our droplets. Otherwise I would say no, there’s nothing really specific about our service that requires extra steps to receive or send traffic.
