What is the reason for this report?

Trouble adding my credit card to my new account

I used my brother’s referral link to make an account but when I try to add my credit card, I keep getting a Credit Card Postal Code verification error. My information is correct as I was able to add the card to my brother’s account with no hassle.

I’ve already sent a support ticket but they’re very unhelpful telling me to try again and make sure my information is correct even after I’ve told them that I was able to add the card to an existing account with no hassle on the first try.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
