I created project. I have created droplet which has wordpress website on my domain name mydomain.com . Root domain name pointing here.
I have nameserver settings done inside this project.
Now I want to create separate droplet for App Platform and install Laravel application. This will be mapped to app.mydomain.com
On Panel, I am getting confused, if I have add new Project. or within existing project add droplet.
If different project, how will I map domain settings to point to app platform.
If same Project, where is option to create new droplet ?
Thanks

Hey there!
Apps actually aren’t supported in projects just yet. As such you can’t add an app to a specific project. However, DNS settings are account wide and you can configure your subdomain to point to your app from the domains section of your account.
If you are using our nameservers for your domain, adding your domain to your app will automatically create the correct DNS entries as well. App Platform Domains
App Platform also does not use droplets. App platform uses containers for applications hosted on it. No droplet would need to be created to use App Platform.
Hope that helps! Nate
