Two-Factor Auth for Windows Phone 8

Are there any plans to provide TFA for Windows Phone 8? I cannot enable TFA, since I do not have an Android or iOS device.

I tried both that one and this one: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/authenticator/82c12390-0176-43de-916e-5613d17f61a0

Neither of them recognize the QR code for some reason.
