What is the reason for this report?

Two Factor Login with a New Phone Number

Recently I relocated to another country and changed my phone number. (The old number was no longer used and unregistered)

But the two factor login still ask me to provide security token sent to my old number.

I couldn’t login now.

How to solve this, please help!
