while uploading the theme the above error comes up on my screen

You’ll need to check the wp-content and upload folders and that they have the proper permissions. Folders should have 755 permissions while files need to have 644. You can change them like so
Question
chmod 755 Direcotry
chmod 644 Files
Now, the above will only change the certain directory or file but not recursively all beneath the folder. To check everything recursively, you can use the following command
find /path/to/your/website -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \; && find /path/to/your/website -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;
You’ll need to change the /path/to/your/website bit with the path to your wp-content folder. Additionally, please note you’ll need to change path on both places in the command.
