It sounds like our payment processor is getting a denial when trying to charge your card. I recommend calling the bank / credit card company or using a different card. We also accept PayPal. I hooked you up with a little bit of an extension.

I’m facing the same issue, my card was charged automatically for the last two months but this month it failed and when trying to do it manually it says “Unable to create payement”
I am facing the exact same problem… My debit card is perfectly fine and it has enough funds to make the payment. My debit card has been charged successfully for the last 12 months and I already talk to my bank and they say everything is fine.
Also, I cannot delete my debit card and resubmit the details of my card because it keeps throwing the message of: “Your Card Was declined”.
Please help.
