I setup my droplet (public IP: 18.104.22.168) according to the DigitalOcean tutorial. I am currently unable to either ping or access this droplet through my web browser. I have verified that SSH is enabled and that the firewall is granting access to the correct ports. Could I please ask for your assistance?

I’m not sure I understand, do you have SSH access to your Droplet or not? Additionally, if your Droplet is online but can’t be pinged or access then it sounds like a Network issue. Have you made any changes to your Network interfaces? If yes, then I’ll suggest contacting DigitalOcean’s Support to help you with the correct configuration for your Droplet.
