Question

Unable to Ping/SSH to droplet

I am not able to access the droplet machine after a recent update. After i switch on the machine from digitalocean portal and click the launch console or recovery console, it goes on loading infinite loop. Even pinging the public IP, the packets are getting timed out.

Heya @pradeepkumarwalrus,

Pinging the droplet and not recieving a response means that the network is down or that the whole Droplet is down.

If you can’t access the Droplet even from the recovery console means that you’ll need to contact DigitalOcean’s Support and get assistance with the issue.

You can reach them at

https://www.digitalocean.com/support/

Hope that helps! - KFSys.
